Not sure about Bluetooth but Synology, QNAP and Thecaus are the top of the line at the moment
in the smallbusiness and enduser market. I have a Synology DS409 and the software is pretty nice but they still have potential to do better in software/hardware(far less standby power, WakeOnLan, support for USB DVB cards, quickslots).
