Probably their software support will be far inferior to the upcoming* new ARM netbooks, such as those using Android. They would be best to try to compete with the currently available lower end ARM (and even MIPs??) based netbooks on the market, which are usually below $150 and generally have truly terrible software support - either CE or broken non-standard Linux installs. Their netbook should blow those out of the water, as long as it isn't priced like the newer netbooks...
