Doubtful since this is Federal court system and a simple law suit to recover unpaid rent would have been in WA State Court. There is some more to it then unpaid rent.

Since Inception Group already took Amiga(WA) to court over unpaid rent in 2003, could this be something along the lines of them going back over the same thing again to get an order for Amiga/Amino to actually pay up ?

And if it is, Bolton if you're reading, go get the fuckers.

Again, that would be under state court system. Only time you can go with Federal if there is a violation of Federal law/rules/regulations. That is the reason why a person can be charged in both state and federal courts for the same crime because he broke federal and state/county/city law as they are seperate venues.

Actually, what is most likely going on is that the plaintiff in this case is just as ill informed as 99% of this community. I have never seen a bigger collection of spouters-without-knowledge.

Since the plaintiff is paying some decent money to an attorney to file a lawsuit in federal court, I highly doubt the plaintiff is that ill informed. I will also point out by going to federal court, it's going to take MUCH longer (and that means more expense) to get this to trial then it would by filing in WA State court system.

Well, ever since he lost his credit card Bill has to use a razor blade to split the coke instead. And the lawsuit means the glass table he used to use has been replaced by a wooden one, which soaks up the stuff and makes it hard to get a line.

Hmmm, now imagine how many are going to be demoted to somewhere between heaven and hell by the hand of god for what they have written online.....

Or better yet, how many online computers do they have in hell?

A: all of them.

So *that's* where all Amiga Inc's office furniture went. I shouldn't have been surprised, who else would have bought it?

Does anyone have the address? We could order them a pizza. They wouldn't even have to cook it first.

He includes a phone number with every email, so next time he contacts you, why don’t you call him and ask him? Or would that be too much like having courage? Are you a man or a cockroach that flees for the shadows whenever the truth shows up? If you really knew him you'd already have his phone number and you could ask him yourself, but that’d be too much like facing the subject of your slanders and epithets. That’d be too much like being a man, but you’re nothing but a cockroach that lobs insults from the corner where real men can’t get at you.

Summary : Bill McEwen is in hiding, and that makes XraalE a coward.

Because he doesn't contact me, maybe?

In fact, he doesn't contact anyone, except you apparently. McEwen is the archetypal cockroach fleeing for the shadows. They also don't jump out with grandiose frauds every so often but rather skulk anonymously and actually work at finding their food. A cockroach is a better creature than McEwen. Why don't you make his number public? We can only hope that, using your special God Hotline, his debtors catch up with him and he spends the next few years in prison for fraud.

Safari's Pizza
8103 Falls Ave
Snoqualmie, wa 98065
425-888-6060

This is the pizza place that delivered pizza's to Amiga. I got their magnetic sticker when I bought $3300 worth of stuff at the Amiga Auction by the auction that proceeds went to the Inception Group.

I posted numerous pictures and the auction items sold and the amount each item procured.

BTW the judgement went against Amiga, Inc, billy boy and his wife and their marital property.

And also remember that in documents I posted there was a $330,000+ check paid to billy boy - I guess this was his "salary" IIRC.

Perhaps the Inception group is trying to find out where all this Amiga money is coming from and to collect on their judgement.

We DO know that billy boy was going to pay 10 mil or whatever for the naaming rights to Kent Stadium. He said he had the money (and was waiting for the next round of funding) before he could pay it.

And of course billy boy would never lie as billsey had the conversation with billy boy at some show where billy boy and billsey talked about their favorite version of their personal bibles.

And the letter from the radio station where billy boy talked about his "Christian" faith on and on.

The links are somewhere - someone will find em and post em. Along with all the files I had made available.

Bet Madoff is billyboy's personal savior and hero.

The lawsuit document is now on the internet:

http://gutjahr.free.fr/temp/Inception_v._Amiga.pdf

Basically in late 2008 Amiga Delaware agreed to be responsible for Amiga WA debt to Inception (at an agreed discount to clear all the debt).

Amiga DE, as expected also ditched paying.

So now Inception is suing Amiga DE.

Why Amiga DE would sign papers in late 2008 that show continued close times to Amiga WA is odd. But it is only a bit before Pentti died and we do not know what his frame of mind may have been at the time. One possible reason was they wanted to keep Inception at bay for a while in hopes they would finish with Hyperion before Inception came back around again.

We also learn that Amiga WA's business address is now a P.O. type box at a Mailboxes Etc.

The Amiga WA PO Box was at a legitimate US Postal Service building - I posted a picture of the building and the PO Box itself.

Granted this was years ago - billy boy also had a PO Box there for HIS corporation IIRC.

They may still have this for Amiga Delaware (the small office in Issaquah that the Seattle Times said only housed one other employee and was strewn with cardboard boxes and old computers - Suite 201). They did not own the whole building as far as we can tell.

Amiga Washington (now renamed back to Amino) is the one with the P.O. Box mentioned (box #199) at another location (in Maple Valley).

Yep - this was the one I was talking about. And it was rented - if they owned the building it would have been under another name as it would have been attached by the Inception Group.

Thanks - I guess the address for billy boy is an apartment or something along those lines.

Time to get google out and real estate software and find out the owners etc.

Have you ever met Bill, Rich? Can you explain why he seems to have this effect on people, after talking to them for a while, he can rip them off back and front and they seem to think he's god? Billsey isn't the first sap he's suckered.

Billsey suckers himself because Billy boy is a similar flavor of Christian, and therefore Billsey thinks he is a good man maligned by evil people. As with many evangelicals, Billsey believes that faith is the source of good behavior. A major theme in the evangelical understanding of sin is that sinners are those who 'listen to Satan' -- that is, bad behavior is caused by ignoring God and listening to the lies of Satan. Rather than viewing moral behavior as being founded in one's character, they view it as a consequence of whether one listens to the devil or God. Billsey has certainly deeply integrated this world view, and is therefore bound to experience cognitive dissonance every time someone suggests that McEwen's belief does not imply that he is a good man.

Con men often take advantage of this impulse to trust those we identify with. It does work especially well on certain kinds of extreme religious groups for the reasons laid out above, but it does well enough just based on tribal identification. Bernie Madoff worked it quite well, in fact. He is a Jew; so were most of his victims. I've read many stories from his victims about how they met him through Jewish social connections, and ignored warning signs because (without ever consciously thinking about it like this, mind) how could a fellow Jew (often with strong friend or family connections to the victims) be ripping the rest of us off?

Pretty succient (sp) explanation - pretty much the con has the mark believe how trustworthy and honorable he is. And when he knows the mark buys it - it is everything he can suck out of the mark.

Best part is billsey doesn't even know he's been taken and manipulated - and thanks billy boy for fucking him and asks for more and more.

I think the both of them got on their knees together and read the bible? Billsey obviously worshipped him as a "Christian man" and bought the whole story hook, line and sinker. And I guess still does to this day.

I wonder if he still thinks Obama (Barry Sore whatever) is still our savior?

Reminds me of a garage repair man that fixed my dads car once. He says to me "I'll give you the best brand of car battery of your choice". I says to him "Those Exide brand of car Batteries are the best". So he pulls out a blank un-labled car battery and then pulls out a box of stickers. He then takes out an "Exide" label and sticks on the car battery. He says "Here you go - one Exide battery for you and at the lowest price".

I said "shit man, thanks..............................cunt".

One problem, there, Rich. Mr. McEwen has NEVER ASKED ME FOR ANYTHING, including that I stand up for him. He's just a friend. Nothing more.

You need to examine my web site a little more closely if that's what you believe I think of the current President of the United States.

Aside of all this talk about Madoff, McEwen and God, I've lost track. What happened between Amiga and Hyperion? Any ruling? Can OS and clones be made/sold?

AFAIK, they are still in mediation which means we won't hear anything more until it's moved back into the court system.

Hyperion is selling OS4, MOS is available for sale, and AROS is a download away.

According to Jamie Krueger (aka Amiga Inc. R&D Department) Hyperion gave Amiga Inc. the finger and told them to stuff it:
http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?mode=viewtopic&topic_id=25368&forum=16&start=180&viewmode=flat&order=0#496708

"When I accepted the job at Amiga Inc. all indications were that both Amiga
Inc. and Hyperion were close to a resolution and both were looking
forward to doing so quickly. That was a year and a half ago, and to
my understanding it was Hyperion's lawyers that walked away from
the negotiating table."

Indeed it is run by fags. Gay fags. They clean the yellow off their cases with a special white cream. They make the cream by pushing in and out a cylinder in Bills ass until a material is deposited in his rectum. They then have employees transfer the material out with a straw. This is what Amiga Dev India employees specialise in. The material ends up in their mouths and is then spat into a squeeze bottle.
