	Fuck these people, they didn't deserve to win. They didn't live up to their agreement with Amiga Inc, they didn't get their shit done on time, they violated their contract. I'm sick and fucking tired of watching all these faggots cheer for the bad guy all the main amiga sites. What the fuck is wrong with people? Hyperion dragged AInc into the ground.

And if anything, those of you that think that Amiga Inc. really got something out of the "settlement", think again, if ANYTHING, there is money flow TO Hyperion from Amiga Inc. (like that's _possible_!) and that would be for the totally dishonest SHAM FAKE lawsuit brought by them against Hyperion. They owe Hyperion their legal costs incurred fighting Amiga Inc. in court!!!!!! Amiga Inc., rot in HELL!

It's as simple as that! They wanted to move the platform forward and extent OS support to hypercomputers with multiple cores! They want to finish AmigaOS 5.0 mid 2010, so they also needed the naming rights because Amiga Inc owned it, but didn't develop anything anymore from the point when everything collapsed 5 months ago. Two weeks ago, Amiga Dev India was finally shut down. Another company is moving in soon. At the end, there were only 2 employees left. I wonder when all their websites will close. Maybe when their provided finally shuts them down because they didn't pay for several months now... Somehow it's sad although I didn't really like them.
